Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 
  1. General Policy At Williamson Machine LLC, customer satisfaction is a priority. We strive to provide high-quality machining and fabrication services. Due to the custom nature of our work, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and clearly understood. 
  2. Custom Orders: Non-Refundable: All custom orders, once confirmed and in production, are non-refundable. This includes any work involving customer-supplied drawings, specifications, or parts. - Design Approval: Clients are responsible for approving final designs or drawings before production. Once approval is given, production will begin, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted. 
  3. Standard Products - Refund Eligibility: If Williamson Machine LLC offers off-the-shelf products or stock items, unused items in original condition may be eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase. - Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. 
  4. Cancellations - Before Production: Orders may be canceled with no penalty if production has not yet started. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. - After Production Start: If materials have been ordered or production has started, any cancellation will be subject to charges for time, materials, and labor incurred to date. 
  5. Defective or Incorrect Items: If a part or product is found to be defective or not made to the agreed-upon specification, Williamson Machine LLC will, at its discretion, either: - Repair or remake the part at no additional charge, or - Issue a partial or full refund. Claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt, along with supporting documentation (photos, measurements, or return of part).

  7. Exceptions: This policy may not apply to third-party services, tooling, or materials sourced on behalf of the customer. Additional terms may be included in formal quotes or contracts.
